The Ultimate Guide to Unbundling Reddit

A post I wrote with Greg Isenberg, based on his method for creating businesses around subreddits. I believe it's still his most popular post of all time!

Late

A sci-fi short story about an AI assistant that protects it's user by forcibly altering their morning routine. It examines the implication of an assistant that can model complex interactions between factors in the user's environment much better than the user themself (like how a chess program can extrapolate game scenarios much further out than a human).

Haven

An imagining of a user's experience with a VR app I really want. The app maps the furniture in your room to create equivalents in your VR space, so you can use your furniture while hanging out in VR.

Calculator

A sci-fi short story about a calculator that can accurately predict when you'll die. It's a meditation on how measuring a thing changes it.
