No Therapist is an introduction to self-guided cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety. It was a quick project that I designed and programmed after reading a book on the topic.
The goal was to create a super simple, clear, and quick intro. Most people (including myself before reading the book) don't even realize that you can do CBT on your own, or that CBT is at least as effective as antidepressant medication.
The site includes an exercise that I dubbed the "Fear Onion". It helps you get to the root fear that subconsciously drives your anxiety. It's extremely powerful and enlightening, and can be easily taught.
